The Emcee interface has two main jobs, namely, Starting/Stopping Events and Starting/Stopping Performances.
Accessing the Emcee Screen
i. From the Home Page click on the Navigation Drawer.

ii. From the Navigation Drawer Select “Emcee” and be redirected to the following page.

iii. Click on the “Select Venue” Box and choose a Venue.
iv. Click on the “Select Category” Box and choose a Category.
Starting an Event
i. Click on the Play button at the Toolbar on the Top Right corner of the Emcee Screen.

ii. From the popup Dialog Box click the Play button to Start the selected Event.

Starting a Performance
i. Click on any Performance from the list of Performances.

ii. From the popup dialog box click on the Play button to start the selected Performance.

Stopping a Performance
i. Click on the Running Performance from the list of Performances.

ii. From the popup Dialog Box click on the Stop Button to stop the selected Performance.

Stopping an Event
i. Click on the Stop button at the Toolbar on the Top Right corner of the Emcee screen.

ii. From the popup Dialog Box click on the Stop Button to Stop the selected Event.

Appendix
- Emcee must start an Event before any Performance can be started.
- Emcee can only start one performance at any time. Running performance must be stopped before another performance can be started.
- Once all the Performances have finished Emcee must stop the Event.
- Emcee can no longer start a Performance once Event has stopped.
